My client is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Analyst to join their growing IT team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, while receiving hands-on training and support to develop your skills.

• Be the original contact point for any IT queries
• Escalate issues where needed
• Setup and configure laptops, desktops and accounts
• Support hardware and software
• Diagnose hardware and software issues

• Strong interest in IT Support
• Keen interest to train and learn
• Degree or previous experience in IT or related field
• Knowledge of Windows or macOS, Office 365 and basic networking
