We are looking for a Junior IT Technician to join our internal IT team and help keep the business running smoothly day to day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants hands‑on exposure to a wide range of technologies in a supportive, low‑ego environment. Reporting into the IT Manager, you will work alongside experienced IT colleagues while also being trusted to manage tasks independently.

A structured probation period is in place, with monthly one‑to‑one check‑ins to support development.

• Providing internal IT support to staff across the business
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues
• Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and improvement of internal IT systems
• Creating and maintaining clear IT documentation where required
• Keeping up to date with new technologies and suggesting improvements

• A genuine interest in IT and technology
• A friendly, approachable manner with good communication skills
• Someone who enjoys troubleshooting and problem‑solving
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and develop their skills
