Enterprise Security Architect
Salary: £90,440 – £106,400 (dependent on experience and location)
Locations:
Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh or London
Hours:
Full time
Working Pattern:
Hybrid – 40% (or two days) in an office site
- Define target state for security architectural capabilities and solve complex architectural problems
- Conduct research & development with other security teams to keep the architecture ahead of challenges and the Group’s technology transformation agenda
- Describe and manage the complexity of the Group’s Enterprise Security Architecture and associated interlocks
- Lead strategic change within the Group; shape and supervise security initiatives
- Communicate closely with security teams and senior customers to ensure architectures deliver desired business outcomes
- Produce artefacts and lead delivery dates, ensuring integration into the bank’s reference architecture and Group Security Architecture
- Diverse knowledge across security domains with a focus on Application Security and Threat Modelling
- Experience leading major security strategic change initiatives and ensuring architectural objectives are achieved
- Ability to develop cybersecurity domain architecture that is business enabling and optimises maturity of the Group’s cyber defences
- Strong understanding of multi‑ and hybrid‑cloud environments and how Enterprise Security Architecture secures them
- Capability to view problems from multiple perspectives and solve sophisticated, enterprise‑wide challenges
- Provide line management to solution architects and support change delivery teams to ensure value delivery
