We are seeking a Senior Manager – SAP S / 4

HANA Solution Architect with deep expertise in utilities industry processes and a passion for designing scalable, future‑ready solutions.

• Designing, configuring, and deploying SAP S / 4
  
  HANA solutions that meet complex business requirements and align to best practice architecture.
• Leading solution architecture assessments and technical design discussions with senior client stakeholders.
• Shaping programme strategies to address technical and functional challenges across multi‑disciplinary delivery teams.
• Translating client requirements into scalable, robust solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Driving key design decisions anchored in best practice and “adopt‑not‑adapt” principles.
• Helping mobilise delivery teams and providing the right architectural frameworks, standards, and artefacts for success.
• Supporting business development through solutioning, proposal creation, and pre‑sales discussions.
• Coaching and developing delivery teams, fostering capability growth and architectural excellence.

• Strong experience implementing SAP solutions within the Utilities sector (Water, Electricity Transmission or Distribution, Nuclear, Renewable Energy).
• At least two full‑lifecycle S / 4
  
  HANA implementations in utilities.
• Deep functional / technical expertise in one or more core SAP domains (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Asset Management / EAM).
• Led solution strategy and architectural design across multiple end‑to‑end S / 4
  
  HANA programmes.
• Strong ability to adapt to new SAP technologies quickly in a fast‑changing landscape.
• A passion for understanding client strategy and turning complex requirements into elegant, scalable, and robust solutions.
• The ability to explain complex technical concepts to senior non‑technical stakeholders clearly and confidently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience building trusted client relationships.
• Pre‑sales experience and the ability to support pursuit strategy, proposals, and solutioning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and handle shifting priorities.
