Role Overview
As a Junior Business Analyst , you will support senior analysts and project teams by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and helping translate business needs into clear documentation. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, communication, and working closely with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation
- Help create process flows, user stories, and basic documentation
- Work with technical teams to support project delivery
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Logical thinking and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
- Academic projects or internships in business analysis
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
