Join Pax8 as EMEA People Business Partner, you’ll join a company in motion - scaling fast, evolving even faster. This role isn’t about maintaining what exists - it’s about building what’s next. The role is hybrid, with an expectation to be in our Bristol office three days a week to foster collaboration, build strong partnerships, and stay closely connected to the business.

• Partner with senior leaders across EMEA to align people strategies with commercial goals.
• Use people analytics to guide decision-making, turning data into action and insight.
• Develop leaders who can build and sustain organizations of the future.
• Navigate and lead through change, helping teams thrive in growth and disruption.
• Foster a scalable, inclusive culture across multiple countries and business contexts.

• Multi-country HR Business Partnering experience and cultural fluency across EMEA.
• Proven experience using data to influence business decisions

• A track record of commercial partnership with operational or functional leaders.
