Net Suite ERP Consultant / Implementation Specialist

Hybrid | UK-Based | Permanent

A large, established organisation is seeking an experienced Net Suite ERP Consultant to join its internal systems function. This role will play a key part in the ongoing enhancement, optimisation, and rollout of Net Suite across the business, supporting finance and operational teams in a complex, enterprise environment.

This is an opportunity to work on long-term ERP ownership , rather than short-term client engagements, with strong visibility across the organisation and direct access to senior stakeholders.

About the Role

Reporting to the Programme Manager , the Net Suite ERP Consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring and implementing Net Suite and Built-for-Net Suite applications, and supporting users through change, adoption, and continuous improvement.

The role is primarily remote / hybrid , with occasional UK and overseas site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Delivery
  • Lead workshops with finance and operational teams to understand business processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities
  • Translate requirements into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and implementation proposals
  • Collaborate with programme and IT leadership to define delivery plans, milestones, and resourcing
Net Suite Implementation & Optimisation
  • Configure and implement Net Suite financials and related modules in line with agreed requirements
  • Manage system changes and enhancements through formal change control processes
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and third-party vendors where custom development is required
  • Support data migration, testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilisation
Stakeholder & Systems Support
  • Act as a key Net Suite subject-matter expert for the organisation
  • Provide ongoing system support and guidance to users via remote channels
  • Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user guides
  • Build strong working relationships with finance leadership and senior stakeholders
Governance & Reporting
  • Track and report on delivery progress, risks, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure solutions align with accounting standards, internal controls, and governance frameworks
Experience Required (Essential)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business or enterprise IT environment
  • At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience using Net Suite ERP , with strong exposure to financial modules
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Experience delivering ERP change within a large or complex organisation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with senior stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points) for occasional site visits
Experience Preferred (Desirable)
  • RQF Level 4+ qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
  • Net Suite Certified Administrator and / or ERP Consultant
  • Project or change management certification
  • Experience with Net Suite modules such as One World, Advanced Revenue Management, CRM, Projects, or Manufacturing
  • Exposure to international or multi‑entity accounting environments

Working Arrangements & Benefits
