We are supporting a fast-growing healthcare technology company in their search for a Junior Business Systems Administrator. This is a contract role focused on supporting finance and billing systems, with an initial emphasis on Chargebee, including work on the Chargebee Retention Module.

The successful candidate will help manage day-to-day system operations and support key initiatives to optimize workflows and maintain data integrity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to gain hands-on experience with business systems in a SaaS and healthcare tech environment.

• Support administration of finance and billing systems (including Chargebee and ERP platforms)
• Assist with billing workflows, subscription lifecycle management, and retention processes
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions
• Perform data integrity checks and basic reconciliations
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to support system needs
• Assist with system configuration, documentation, and process improvements

• 1–3 years’ experience in a junior business systems, systems admin, or analyst role
• Exposure to billing, ERP, or finance systems
• Understanding of user access management and system permissions
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Experience with Chargebee or subscription billing platforms
• Exposure to ERP systems
• SaaS or healthcare tech experience
