As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Paid Media Executive to join our Bristol team. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone excited to develop their digital marketing career, with full training and support provided. • Set up and manage PPC (paid search and display) campaigns in Google, researching keywords and audiences.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, working with our Paid Lead to apply optimization tactics.
• Set up and manage paid social campaigns across major platforms.
• Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to gather insights and inform campaign improvements.
• Build automated dashboards using data aggregation and visualization tools.
• Collaborate internationally and with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service.

• Graduate (degree level/equivalent) with a strong interest in digital marketing.
• Clear communicator and proactive team player, able to prioritize and manage stakeholder needs.
• Eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and personally committed to delivering high‑quality work.
• Comfortable working independently and thriving in a busy, collaborative setting.
• Previous agency experience is a plus but not required.
