Responsibilities- Provide support to the Project Manager, the project team and the project partners to deliver the project.
- Coordinate Project Boards, workshops, reviews and other meetings.
- Ensure that information is recorded, stored and kept up to date, in accordance with the Agency PPM standards.
- Support the production and maintenance of project plans.
- Support the production of progress reports.
- Support the recording and resolution of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions.
- Act and engage with honesty and integrity, and uphold the reputation of the Agency, the Department, and the Civil Service.
- Work in collaboration with colleagues across all functions for the good of DVSA and to build an impactful and well-respected Agency.

- An ability to collect and communicate information effectively to a wide variety of people using various methods/tools.
- A willingness to work as a member of a team of project support officers that provide a key service to IT projects.
- A willingness to work closely with project managers to deliver IT projects and learn the skills needed to do this effectively.
The successful candidate will also need to have a willingness to work toward APM Project Fundamentals.
