Real Estate Energy Associate - 4+ PQE - Bristol

NEW superb opportunity for a Real Estate Associate Solicitor to join a Top 100 UK law firm in their central Bristol office.

Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking a Real Estate Associate (ideally 4+ PQE) to join their highly regarded Energy sub-team within the wider Real Estate department. This team is at the forefront of advising on renewable energy and commercial development projects, offering exposure to nationally significant, high-value work.

The successful Real Estate Associate will enjoy a varied caseload, working with developers, operators, contractors, funders, and landowners on complex energy transactions. You'll advise on site assembly, land requirements, and project finance across technologies such as solar, battery storage, anaerobic digestion, and energy‑from‑waste, while also maintaining a diverse real estate practice. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in energy‑related real estate work from multiple perspectives, with genuine responsibility and client contact from the outset.

Ideally, you will have at least 4 years PQE gained at a national or city firm, with a strong foundation in real estate development work and some experience or interest in energy projects. You'll be a confident communicator, technically strong, and highly organised, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver clear, commercial advice under pressure.
