Senior Solicitor – Family Law - (Cheltenham or Bristol)

Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £65,000–£80,000 (DOE)
A leading law firm is opening new Bristol / Cheltenham offices in 2026 and seeks a Senior Family Solicitor (6–10 years PQE) to establish and grow the practice. This is a rare chance to lead, build a team, and shape a new office.
The Role- Handle a broad range of family law matters (excluding legal aid).
- Lead office development and client growth.
- Drive business development and practice strategy.
- Supervise junior colleagues and deliver high-quality client service.
- Option to bring your own paralegal.
- 6–10 years PQE in family law.
- Strong technical and advocacy skills.
- Proven leadership and supervisory ability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business development experience.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and client care.
- £65k–£80k salary + bonus scheme.
