About the Role:
We are working with a well-regarded law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional looking to work in a supportive and progressive environment.

All candidates must have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion

• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds

• Opportunity to support with commercial property work, depending on experience and interest

• Ensuring high levels of client care and compliance throughout the transaction process

Candidate Requirements:

• 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing

• Confident in handling matters independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A proactive and client-focused approach
