Responsibilities And Duties- Consolidate demand forecasts into executable supply and build plans, balancing flexibility, cost, and risk
- Handle CM (Contract Manufacturer) production schedules and WIP transparency to ensure timely delivery
- Drive build readiness, including supplier commit tracking, lead-time alignment, and production ramp control
- Work with procurement team to ensure material availability to support production build on schedule
- Work closely with Manufacturing /Test Engineering, Program Management, and Quality teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure smooth transition to mass production
- Leverage data analytics to drive decisions on inventory optimization, supply risk
- Collaborate with global teams to lead end-to-end supply chain visibility
- Develop target metrics and generate reports to supervise and evaluate supply chain performance and critical metrics
- Over 8 years in supply chain management field, preferably within the high-tech industry
- Knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management with a significant focus on OEM/ODM business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Fluency in English and Chinese is highly preferred due to the location and potential interaction with local suppliers and OEM partners
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Engineering background is an advantage
- Good communication skills
