Hygiene Service Technician

Overview

We are seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our team at the Bristol branch, covering Bristol and Weston Super Mare areas. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own schedule and solve customer problems in person.

• Provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments and premises, including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage cleanup, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removals, trauma and crime scene cleaning, and other technically demanding cleaning with full training provided.
• Work reactively in a fast-paced business where work can change from week to week.
• Contribute as part of an on-call rota (typical twice a quarter).
• Offer valuable advice to customers when required and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated, reliable and proactive with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
