Service Technician – Agricultural Machinery (Ireland & UK) - €40,000 + Overtime + 10% Increase After 1 Year + Full Travel Expenses

Location: 50% Ireland / 50% UK, Bristol

This is an opportunity for a hands‑on individual with mechanical or agricultural experience who enjoys travel and variety in their work. You will spend approximately 50% of your time at the company’s main manufacturing, assembly and service facility in Ireland, and 50% in the UK (Bristol region) carrying out servicing, installation and operator training for customers. All product and technical training will be provided in Ireland before you begin field work.

• Service, maintain and repair specialist biodegradable film‑laying machines
• Support customer training and machine demonstrations in the field
• Provide technical assistance and machine setup on client sites
• Work closely with the Irish manufacturing and service teams
• Travel regularly between Ireland and the UK (typically 2‑week rotations)

Renowned for their quality engineering and strong customer support, they are now seeking a Service Technician to join their team due to continued growth and seasonal demand.

• Mechanical or agricultural background (ideally with hands‑on machinery experience)
• Practical, motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay away from home
• Full driving licence essential
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills

• Base Salary: €40,000 per annum
• 10% salary uplift after 1 year
• Overtime available
• Service van, tools, laptop, and mobile phone provided
• All travel, accommodation and expenses fully covered
• Two‑week summer shutdown in July/August
