Logistics Manager – MEP Projects

We are recruiting an experienced Logistics Manager to join a leading MEP contractor on a large, complex construction project based close to Bristol
.

This is a senior, permanent role offering a salary of up to £80,000
, with responsibility for managing all site logistics activities in support of major MEP delivery packages.

• Lead and manage site logistics operations for MEP works on a large-scale project
• Develop and implement detailed logistics strategies
  , plans, and procedures
• Coordinate deliveries, storage, lifting operations, and material flow for MEP packages
• Manage logistics teams, supervisors, and external service providers
• Work closely with project, construction, and commercial teams to support programme delivery
• Ensure compliance with H&S, site rules, and best practice logistics standards
• Manage logistics budgets, resources, and performance
• Liaise with the main contractor and other stakeholders to resolve access and coordination issues

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large construction projects
• Strong background working on MEP or building services projects
• Experience managing logistics on complex and large sites
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Good understanding of construction H&S regulations
• Right to work in the UK

• Salary:
  Up to £80,000
