Circa £75,000 dependent on experience.

• Leadership of an IT Agile programme delivering products, projects and services across BAE Systems.
• Lead, motivate and support all team members through all that they do, ensuring the well‑being on an individual basis as well as the collective whole.
• Support the scrum masters and project managers to deliver their squad and project objectives and enable success/operational excellence by removing blockers.
• Drive delivery and proactive management of squads and projects within the largely Agile programme against the prioritised backlog.
• The point of contact for any squad and project issues, supporting resolution with customers and partners in a collaborative way.
• Deliver succinct reporting across the programme in a timely manner, with focus on squad and project performance reporting to senior leadership.

• Experience of project and programme management delivery in complex, challenging environments to both national and International Customers.
• Recognised project management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Competent team leadership experience.
• Management of supplier and partner performance.
• Agile delivery experience at a Programme level.
• SAFe delivery experience.
• M365 delivery experience.
