Responsibilities- Head up the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to service standards.
- Prepare fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Liaise directly with onsite clients to coordinate menus and special requirements.
- Daytime hours and weekends/evenings free.
- All school holidays off for work-life balance.
