Production Operative

Position: Production Operative (Permanent)

I am is currently recruiting for a dedicated Production Operative to join the team in Bristol.

The right candidate will be a team player to support with the production operations working acuratly to deadlines.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Setting up and operating enclosing machines to meet daily production requirements.

* Following client-specific instructions and job work orders.

* Managing machine processes, stock levels, and workload planning to maximise output.

* Ensuring quality control and adherence to company checks and procedures.

* Reporting machine faults, print quality concerns, or stock issues to management.

About You:

* Comfortable working in a shift-based role, including nights.

* Able to follow instructions and work independently.

* Mechanically minded with a proactive approach to production work.

* Focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
