Factory Operative

The Job

We’re looking for reliable Factory Operatives to join our assembly team in Avonmouth. You’ll be working on the build of large, high-value products. Each product has a lengthy build time, so this role suits someone who takes pride in doing a job properly.

No two days are the same, but you’ll always be working as part of a team, following clear build instructions and using hand tools.

• Assembling and fitting parts on a production line
• Using hand tools and equipment safely
• Checking your own work to make sure it meets quality standards
• Working closely with teammates to keep things running smoothly
• Always following health & safety rules
• Helping improve the way jobs are done where possible

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly work is helpful, but not essential
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Happy working as part of a team
• Physically able to carry out manual work

Attention:
Any offer of employment is conditional upon successful completion of BPSS and SC clearance. This requires the applicant to be a sole British national with a minimum of five years’ continuous UK address history, typically with no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside the UK.
