We’re looking for someone who:

Must have:

• Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning
• A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies
• Reliable transportation for early morning commute

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish, each shift
• Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance with food safety and allergen regulations each shift
• Be a skilled multitasker in a fast‑paced environment
• Clean the workspace and storerooms as required
• Be organized
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for customers, clients and yourself
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6 am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
