3rd Line Engineer

The Role

This is a role to recruit for a 3rd Line Engineer. You will be responsible for handling complex incidents, providing technical support and maintaining clients’ infrastructure. You will have some involvement in projects, but this role is predominantly a support-based position. The candidate should be well-versed in the M365 suite, Azure, Windows Server and Cisco networking.

• Provide 3rd line support, managing complex incidents and resolving problems
• Act as an escalation point to the 2nd line team
• Be able to coach and mentor junior colleagues
• Ensure that documentation is accurate and kept up to date

• Previous experience of providing 3rd line support within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent understanding of M365 suite, Azure and Windows Server
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki
• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic

Base Salary: up to £50,000
