Join a Market‑Leading Manufacturer! Gi Group is proud to partner with a leading manufacturer of innovative clay and concrete building products. We are seeking Production Operatives to join the Specials Team at the Almondsbury site. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role where you'll play a key part in producing bespoke building products. If you're reliable, proactive, and looking for a long‑term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!

• Hand‑crafting formed blocks to meet customer specifications
• Transferring wet clay onto stillages
• Building precise brick firing stacks
• Sorting fired bricks into packs for customer orders
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping

• Excellent timekeeping and attendance
• Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong awareness of health & safety
• Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment
• Own transport is essential

• Experience in a continuous improvement environment
• Counterbalance FLT licence
• Relevant training or upskilling qualifications

Training Period (12‑16 weeks):

• Mon‑Thu: 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Fri: 7:30am – 3:00pm

Post‑Training Shift Pattern:

• 5 on / 5 off – 5:00am to 5:00pm (Day shifts only)
• 4 on / 4 off – 5:00am to 5:00pm (Day shifts only)
