£15.00 – £18.50 per hour + Great salary progression, career development, extensive overtime, 33 days holiday, benefits, pension, bonus scheme.

Excellent opportunity for a Welder / Fabricator to join a highly successful and secure manufacturing business that operates across a range of industries from semiconductors to defence. The role is day‑based and offers an early finish on Fridays, with plenty of overtime opportunities to boost earnings.

• Produce components, systems, and items using mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
• Read and work from technical drawings.
• Weld and fabricate a variety of products and projects.
• Operate in a day‑based environment with an early finish on Fridays.
• Utilise a range of welding techniques to meet project requirements.

• Experience fabricating and using a variety of welding techniques.
• Comfortable reading engineering drawings.
• Sheet‑metal or welding experience.
• Able to commute from Bristol, Yate, Thornbury, Bath, Weston‑Super‑Mare and surrounding areas.
