Team Leader - Electrical Maintenance

Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Rail Team Leader to join our client's maintenance site in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a calm, driven professional with a background in Rail maintenance or manufacturing, who thrives in a engineering environment and is passionate about leading teams to deliver on cost efficiency, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Rail technicians to achieve project targets.
  • Review and manage production schedules.
  • Ensure projects meet high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and control costs, aiming to stay within or under KPIs.
  • Oversee timely completion of builds within set deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety measures.
  • Ensure availability of correct tools and materials.
  • Conduct daily team briefings and lead meetings to align tasks and priorities.

Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in Rail manufacturing or maintenance.
  • Proven team leadership experience.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
