A global manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Lead to join their growing team during its next phase of expansion. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly respected organisation, where you'll have the chance to build and lead a high performing maintenance engineering team.

This role is responsible for owning and managing the operational maintenance, equipment reliability and related processes.

• The role holder will be responsible for developing and implementing a maintenance strategy which ensures an efficient output, meeting all KPI's.
• Responsible for driving standards of safe working, execution, accuracy, and behaviours of the maintenance team.
• The role expectation will be one that demonstrates a very hands-on, business focused, visible leadership approach with safety and continuous improvement at the forefront always.
• The role holder will report directly to the site Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis and lead a small team of maintenance, including overall responsibility for all contractors. The ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships will be an essential factor in their success.

• Apprenticeship or University / College background in Maintenance.
• Background knowledge & experience within a fast-moving manufacturing organisation.
• Experience in leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing organisation.
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships is essential.
