This is a senior role where youll work closely with leadership to shape campaigns and long-term strategy.

What youll be doing As Senior Marketing Data and Analytics Manager, youll design and implement frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring campaigns align with KPIs, ROI, and business objectives. Youll monitor performance, analyse trends, and provide clear recommendations that influence future strategies. Youll lead competitor benchmarking and market intelligence projects, using advanced analytics techniques like marketing-mix modelling, econometrics, and A/B testing to quantify impact.

Youll use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and more daily, to give perspective to marketing data. Youll work with Marketing, Digital Delivery, Product, Finance, and external partners to ensure insights drive decision-making. Youll also present findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling narratives that inform leadership and shape business growth. What experience youll need to apply Experience as a Marketing Analytics Manager or similar Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar) Strong Power

BI/Tableau experience
