Events Fundraiser

Hours: 30 – 37.5 hrs per week (to be agreed)

Contract: Permanent

Location: BRACE Charity Office, Brain Centre, Southmead Hospital, Bristol BS10 5NB

BRACE, a Bristol based charity funding vital dementia research, is looking for a dynamic and motivated events fundraiser to join our small team based in Southmead Hospital.

You’ll be responsible for recruiting, motivating and supporting our growing community of challenge event fundraisers tackling marathons, fun runs, skydives and more to raise money for dementia research.

In this role, you’ll be picking up the phone to call supporters and would-be fundraisers, sharing your enthusiasm and passion for getting involved in the fight against dementia. You’ll guide them through their fundraising journey and celebrate alongside them as they achieve their goals and hit their targets.

Some fundraising experience would be helpful, but enthusiasm, flexibility, people skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.
