360 nursing agency is recruiting experienced Band 5 Intensive Care Nurses (ICU/ITU) to support our NHS hospitals. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a high-acuity, technologically advanced environment and want the flexibility that agency work provides.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional, safe, and compassionate care to critically ill patients

* Manage ventilators, infusions, and advanced monitoring equipment

* Conduct detailed patient assessments and respond to rapid changes in condition

* Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to plan and implement care

* Administer medications, including IV therapies, safely and accurately

* Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records

* Participate in emergency responses and follow ICU protocols

* Ensure compliance with infection control, safeguarding, and professional standards

Requirements

* Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)

* Minimum 6 months recent ICU/ITU experience (within the last 2 years)

* Strong clinical assessment and critical care skills

* Confident in using ICU equipment (ventilators, pumps, monitors)

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

* Up-to-date compliance (DBS, training, immunisations) – support available

* Right to work in the UK
