360 is currently seeking experienced Band 5 A&E Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our team and support NHS hospitals. • Provide high-quality, safe, and effective emergency care
• Triage, assess, and prioritise patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
• Deliver rapid and accurate clinical interventions
• Work collaboratively with ED doctors, nurse practitioners, and wider MDT teams
• Administer medications, carry out observations, and maintain accurate clinical records
• Respond effectively to life‑threatening situations following A&E protocols
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, dignity, and professionalism

• Valid NMC registration as an RGN
• Minimum 6 months recent A&E experience (within the last 2 years)
• Up-to-date clinical skills and evidence of continued professional development
• Strong triage, assessment, and decision‑making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Up-to-date compliance (DBS, training, immunisations) - we can assist if needed
