Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operatives within the Bristol and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role and pick‑up/drop‑off can be arranged depending on your location.

• Manage a small team of ground maintenance staff
• Work independently or within a small team to deliver grounds maintenance services
• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive work on commercial sites such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces
• Ensure customer service interactions maintain client satisfaction
• Conduct vehicle checks and manage company van and mobile devices provided
• Use hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers and hedge cutters

• Experience of managing a small team
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience using hand‑held power tools
• A valid driver’s licence is essential
• Must be able to work mobile, travelling to multiple sites as required

Company van, mobile iPad, full PPE, and tools are supplied.

Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates.

£30k-£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed)
