Position: Estate Agent Sales Negotiator (Permanent)

* Basic salary £20,000 plus £200 per month (£2,400) car allowance. On target earning of up to £35,000.

* At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator essential.

* As the Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for securing new sales, providing expert advice to sellers, and overseeing the sales process all the way through to securing a buyer and overseeing the progression of the sale.

* The role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the property market and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

* Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the sales process.

* Market Analysis:
Stay informed about local property market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.

* Compliance:
Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
