We are hunting for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator with some previous estate agency experience for a respected independent property company in the Bristol area. A focus on residential sales client care and driving successful property transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator who is keen to develop their career with a smart independent Estate Agency.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting residential sales, building strong relationships with buyers and sellers and ensuring a smooth customer journey from instruction to completion.

• Managing buyer and vendor relationships with professionalism and care
• Conducting viewings and following up proactively to secure sales
• Negotiating offers and closing property sales efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Supporting team targets and contributing to overall branch performance

• Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Confident, motivated and target‑driven personality
• Good knowledge of the Bristol property market (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
• Professional, organised and customer‑focused approach
