Real Estate Agent (relocation to Dubai)

We are seeking ambitious Real Estate Agents from the UK who are ready to relocate to Dubai and build a high-earning career in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.

As a Real Estate Agent you will work with premium residential and off-plan properties, advising high-net-worth clients and international investors. This role suits confident sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environments and want genuine earning potential.

To support your transition, we offer £800 per month for your first 3 months after joining.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising clients on luxury residential and off-plan properties

• Managing leads and client relationships from initial enquiry to closing

• Conducting property viewings and virtual tours

• Negotiating deals and guiding clients through the full sales process

• Building a strong personal brand and long-term client portfolio

• Keeping up to date with Dubai market trends and launches

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience

• Real Estate Agent experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Highly motivated, target-driven mindset

• Professional, well-presented, and client-focused

• Comfortable working on a commission-based structure

• Ready to relocate to Dubai within the next 60 days

Real Estate Agent experience is an advantage but not essential for strong sales performers.
