School Kitchen Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant who will be the heart of our operation for Chartwells on a part‑time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes a real pride in what they do, in their food, in their brand but most of all pride in their people. Shift pattern (contractions to 44 weeks per year):

• Mon – Fri:
  Full‑time (Day shift)
• Sat – Sun:
  Off

• Prepare delicious, high‑quality food that delights our clients and customers.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Ensure proper use of all machinery and equipment.
• Assist with loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles.
• Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
