Chef Manager Term-Time | £38,000 | Monday Friday
Location: Bristol
Working Hours: 7:00am 4:30pm (45 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days + 3 additional weeks)
Are you a passionate and confident leader who loves creating fresh, nutritious food and delivering an exceptional dining experience? Were looking for a Chef Manager to oversee a busy catering operation and lead a dedicated team.
What Youll Be Doing:As our Chef Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:
- Leading and motivating a team of 1 Catering Supervisor and 5 General Assistants
- Designing and delivering high-quality, seasonal menus
- Ensuring smooth, efficient service every day
- Managing budgets, stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Maintaining the highest food safety and health & safety standards
- Creating a positive, supportive team culture
- Experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Chef in a similar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fresh food and outstanding service
