Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in converting online enquiries into successful leads for Conveyancing and Surveys. This is a fast‑paced role where your ability to communicate effectively and deliver results will make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve daily call targets (typically 80–120 calls)
  • Record call outcomes and qualified leads
  • Manage follow‑up calls for unanswered enquiries
  • Keep all administration and CRM records up to date
  • Report on lead conversions daily and weekly
About You

You’ll be a confident communicator with a friendly, approachable tone, able to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues. You’ll guide customers through their requirements and ensure everything is clearly documented.

  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven experience in a telesales role (essential)
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and ideally CRM systems
  • Excellent understanding of customer service standards
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Proactive approach to personal development
  • Knowledge of the domestic property market (advantageous)
