About the Role

Sytner Group is offering a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential for substantial commissions. Our Sales Executives are central to delivering first‑class customer experiences at every dealership visit.

As a Sales Executive
, you will be the key point of contact for customers during the exciting car‑buying journey, ensuring that service is delivered correctly the first time and every time.

We are looking for individuals with a customer‑service or sales background and a passion for outstanding customer service.

• Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs throughout the car‑buying process.
• Work various flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide high‑quality service.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full and valid UK driving licence is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Potentially required to attend an assessment centre.

• Basic salary of £20,000 plus a very achievable OTE of £54,570.
