Requirements of the role – consultative outbound telephone sales. Having strong resilience, self‑motivated, excellent listening skills, ability to direct and drill into potential customers' current set ups to discover their requirements and signing them up to an improved suitable solution. The capability to always be self‑accountable and responsible for all KPIs, calls and talk time, but achieving optimum sales target. A good understanding of the B2B market, with a proven record of accomplishment in this area.
Be able to collaborate across all departments building strong working relationships in all areas. B2B outbound sales experience.
