The Job- Focus primarily on door‑to‑door sales, championing competitive packages and engaging directly with residents.
- Create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion.
- Work closely with your line manager to showcase the unparalleled benefits of You Fibre to local residents.
- Foster meaningful relationships within the community and with key stakeholders.
- Reside within a 30‑minute drive of the job location.
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
- Have a valid right to work in the UK.

Full training will be provided. This role is ideal for sales representatives, retail managers, energy/utility sales professionals, charity fundraisers, and others with relevant experience. If you’re outgoing and love talking to people, this is the job for you.
Ensuring your safety during workTo address the intimidation of door‑knocking, we use a “lone worker” app for real‑time location monitoring and emergency assistance. Your safety is our top priority.
How it works- The app will be installed on company iPads provided to you.
- It keeps us updated on your location while you’re on duty.
- You can set a time limit for visits; exceeding it notifies your line manager and assistance is dispatched immediately.
- £25k ‑ £28k (DOE) base salary.
