Our core service is facilitating bespoke B2B events for our clients, connecting them with high-value prospects from their targeted accounts. In addition to dinner events, we also organise virtual events and in-person day events. Due to our growth, we are looking for an articulate and bright Delegate Sales Executive to join our delegate acquisition team.

This position is essential in helping us expand our clientele and deliver bespoke evening dinner engagements that foster valuable connections.
About the RoleAs a Delegate Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive research to identify target companies and understand their market focus and goals.
- Engaging with C-suite executives and building rapport to generate sales and establish lasting client relationships.
- Utilising various marketing sources such as Linked In, emails, and cold calling to reach out to prospects.
- Meeting personal and team targets in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on achieving results.
- Managing and prioritising your workload efficiently to maximise productivity.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities through in-depth research.
- Commitment to providing quality service by upholding Kinetic Alliance standards.
- Professional and confident telephone manner when speaking to C-suite executives.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal targets and increase commission.
- Proven ability to build excellent client rapport.
- Results-oriented and extremely target-driven in a dynamic environment.
- Effective time management and workload prioritisation skills.
