Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid volunteer position for an Account Manager based in the City of Bristol, with flexible work‑from‑home options. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with promoters, venues, and talent, and ensuring the seamless coordination of tickets and events. Duties include providing exceptional support to stakeholders, addressing inquiries, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of event planning and ticketing processes
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Understanding of the events and creative industries is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, combining in‑office and remote work
