Major growth ahead in 2026 means we’re expanding our Dubai Leasing division and are looking for ambitious Leasing Consultants to join our team. This is a commission-only role with some of the strongest earning potential in the market.

Although the role is based in Dubai, you’ll be part of a global brand with Huspy offices in Abu Dhabi, Spain, and Portugal, giving you the advantage of working within an internationally recognised real estate network.

About the role

As a Leasing Consultant at Huspy, you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential landlords and sellers, conducting property valuations, and providing clients with tailored solutions based on their needs. You’ll stay updated on market insights and trends, ensuring you can confidently advise clients and build long-lasting, transparent relationships.

We’re looking for individuals with a background in sales or client-facing roles, who are passionate about real estate and eager to grow. Strong communication, customer service, and a highly motivated, results-driven mindset are essential, along with a positive and proactive attitude.
