We are currently recruiting for part-time Security Operatives to join us at our site in Portbury. You will be working night shifts Friday 22.00‑10.00 and Saturday 22.00‑10.00, 12‑hour shift pattern.

We’re looking to offer a salary up to £15,238 based on a 24‑hour week. In addition, we offer 8 days holiday, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

• You will ensure the safety of our staff, customers, contractors and visitors to our site over the weekend.
• You will be the first point of contact when arriving on‑site.
• You will check that only authorised vehicles enter the location.
• Adhering to all health and safety rules around the facilities.

• You must have strong customer service skills; you are representing XPO on a visitor’s first contact with the site.
• Skills to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience of a similar position would be an advantage.
