Senior Consultant (Software Team Leader) – Embedded Software
A superb opportunity for a Software Team Leader to join a well-established company in central Bristol close to Temple Meads station. The role involves leading and managing a team of embedded software engineers, overseeing the design, development and test of embedded software systems, defining project scope, objectives and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Salary and Benefits- @ £75k to £90k depending on experience (plus benefits)
- Hybrid/flexible working
- Visa support available
- 8+ years of embedded software development experience in the aerospace sector
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and real‑time operating systems
- Team‑lead / management experience or senior‑level engineer with team‑lead expertise
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
