• Strong skills in Core Java and/or C++
• Experience taking complex systems from concept to delivery
• Confidence working with software requirements, design, and validation
• A practical, collaborative approach — with great communication skills

• Salary up to £65,000 +
  bonus up to £2,500
• Up to 14% pension contribution
