The Opportunity

My Client is looking for you to join the Weapon Systems Simulation & Experimentation (WSSE) team and help build cutting-edge synthetic environments that bring complex weapon systems to life.

WSSE sits at the heart of the Company's product lifecycle, integrating real hardware, models, and simulations to support design, experimentation, verification, validation, and training. You’ll work on some of the world’s most advanced defence systems, developing real-time simulation software using modern agile practices.

What they need you to do.

* Develop real-time simulation software using C# (and C++)

* Build synthetic environments and hardware-integrated solutions

* Support visualisation, experimentation, V&V, and training systems

* Work in Agile/Scrum teams using modern engineering practices

What they are looking for.

* Experience in C# software development (C++ exposure beneficial)

* Interest in real-time systems, simulation, or hardware integration

* Knowledge of CI/CD, configuration control, unit testing, and TDD

* Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
