Role Overview

Delivery Driver - Bristol at Ocado Logistics. Deliver quality goods, meet customer expectations and earn a competitive base of £29,000 per annum.

• Pre‑planned routes, load and unload goods efficiently.
• Deliver products on time, including evening, weekend and weekday shifts.
• Use automated technology to plan routes and load vans.
• Pay breaks – all minutes at work are paid.
• Adhere to safe working procedures and customer service standards.

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
• Maximum 6 penalty points and no driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Under 18 is not eligible; over 18 required for alcohol handling.
• Good communication skills – customer facing role.

Hourly base rate £13.44 with evening premium £1.12, Sunday day premium £1.34 and Sunday evening premium £2.58. Overtime rates Monday to Saturday (Day Shift) £16.80, (Evening Shift) £18.20.

Permanent, 40 hours per week including paid breaks. Required to work any 5 days out of 7, 8‑hour shifts. AM & PM shifts – early start 05:30, latest finish 12:00 midnight. Shift rota released up to 13 weeks in advance.
