About the Role

Chapel & Jenkins is looking for a reliable, hardworking and customer-focused 7.5 Tonne Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our busy transport team.

This is a hands-on role involving deliveries to a variety of customers, ensuring orders arrive safely, accurately and on time.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of road safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily multi-drop deliveries efficiently and safely.
• Load, secure and unload goods, including manual handling where required.
• Check orders and delivery paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks, record and report any defects.
• Comply with drivers' hours, tachograph regulations and road transport legislation.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and road safety.
• Communicate effectively with the transport team regarding deliveries, delays or issues.
• Support the wider warehouse and transport operation when required.
